History

Established in 1984.
Opened by JoAnn De Lorenzo ,JoAnn's was known for it's top service by attractive servers. Sold to employees in 2012 JoAnn s has maintained its business based on her reputation and high standards. Sadly today JoAnn's is run down and the servers do not care nor does the owner Armando Granados.

    Great service, friendly staff, parking can be tricky because it's street, classic American dinner food, burger was great. Only thing is its a $$$ cash only spot$$$ with ATM inside.. So be prepared..thats the only reason for the four stars, old time dinners are great but we are in era of chips and cards..

    Classic diner atmosphere with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean facilities, and a diverse clientele. Lost a star because parking is a challenge, and because the gummy, unsweetened pancakes were the consistency of stucco. Definitely THE spot for egg dishes, but avoid their not-so-sweet selections.

    Amazing eggs, and French toast! Pancakes are pretty great too. My mom ordered a plate with meat and said it was great.
